Beauregarde's Retirement

My name is Melissa and I adopted Beauregarde January 20th 2015. I am so pleased to have been given the opportunity by SPOT to give this old soul a healthy, fun, content, and worry free home in his "Golden Years". Beauregarde settled right into our home...there was zero adjustment on his part. My Rottweiler, Bobs, has loved him since the get-go and even tho Beauregarde is a senior guy, nothing keeps him from playing....well, besides food and intermittent napping. My other Basset, Arthur now tolerates Beau's advances but hasn't warmed up completely.....He's not a hound to be usurped! All in all he's enjoying his life of leisure....and we are all enjoying him.
