Zoey,

Thank you Spot! We never planned on getting a dog but when we saw Zoey in petco Nov. of '08 we just fell in love, I couldnt imagine life without her, she is such a good dog and so sweet. She is doing very well, and is an amazing model for photography. We love her very much!
She has changed our lives for the better, and I know she is happy too :)

Wolfie

My husband and I have come to the consensus that cats make much better children than human babies- besides they come potty trained! The final addition to our family was Wolfie, a handsome white siamese/maine coon that was rescued from a hoarder property. Spot socialized him with amazing success! Having experienced our own foster cases with kittens and cats from similar backgrounds through the seattle animal shelter we would have never guessed Wolfie's past- he was immediately at home and is the most social and unabashed feline in our life!

We are constantly entertained by his more dog-like than cat personality. He rushes to greet us at the door every time we get home and loves to welcome each morning by bounding around the house with a chorus of little chirping meows. He has taken to carrying toys around in his mouth and even comes when we call him by name! His new siblings Holly & Karu learn to love him a little more everyday though he loved them immediately from the start.

Thank you so much for helping connect us with Wolfie, and for taking such amazing care of him before he came to our home! His is an amazing ambassador for the potential there is in every rescued cat.

Bailey

We've fallen in love with Bailey! She's doing well-- she's getting a good walk in most days (and lets us know of her displeasure on the days that we don't walk) and has claimed the bottom level of my son's bunk bed as her own. :-) She got a clean bill of health from our vet and seems to be adjusting to her new home. We gave her a bath, and that helped considerably with the shedding. She still whines and sleeps a lot, but is happy as a clam when we are out exploring the neighborhood, and we've even gotten her to fetch a ball a few times. Thanks again for letting her come home with us. We feel very lucky to have her. We hope that you and your critters are all doing well.

Cheers,

Tracey & family

And Poodle Makes 3

I have always had a strong love for animals and their welfare; so when our local SPOT group participated in a Puppy mill seizure I stepped right up to be a foster home. We already had two well trained schnauzers but we opened our doors and our hearts to those puppies in need. As love would have it, my two schnauzers chose a miniature poodle to be their little sister. Mitzi nowhas found her "Fur-ever" home here. They have taught her love, warm beds and long walks off leash are what every dog deserves. Thanks SPOT.

Maggie

I adopted Maggie 8 years ago. She's my first dog I have had as an adult, and has proven to be "the best dog ever!"
Although she does have IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease), which came about when she was a year old, she is one healthy dog (she does have to be on prescription dog food and takes a small dose prednisone every other day).
Thanks, SPOT, for my friend!

Josie

Josie came to our home in Sept of 2008 from the Petco in Mt Vernon as an 8 week old puppy weighing only 8 pounds. She was super skinny, because she and her siblings had been abandoned. She is absolutely the craziest dog I have ever met. She sits on the couch like a human and eats ice cubes like they are treats. We laugh a lot at her, she is quite the entertainer! She had a little bit of a rough start but is now thriving as a 75 pound lap dog. She loves her big brother Freddie (brown doggie in picture). Love Her SOOOOO Much! If anyone else has her brother or sisters from the litter I would love to try a play date!!

Thank You SPOT!
